Competition Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw: Paramount21 are giving away two prizes, one set of Victorinox Chef’s Knives and one Polgoon Vineyard Hamper. Both the winner and the runner-up will also receive a mixed case of Paramount products.

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Paramount21 Ltd and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the company.
  2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by the rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Entries must be submitted only via paramount21.co.uk/competition and entry is restricted to one per person. All additional entries will be disqualified. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
  4. Winner’s names only will be displayed on paramount21.co.uk.
  5. All entries must be received by midnight GMT on Friday 14th January 2022.
  6. One winner and one runner-up will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries.
  7. The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. Should Paramount21 Ltd be unable to contact the winner within 14 days or should a winner be unable at accept the prize, Paramount21 Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  8. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
  9. The prizes are subject to reasonable availability, are non refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
  10. Paramount21 Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
  12. Paramount21 Ltd reserves the right to vary, cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Prize Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
  13. Paramount21 Ltd is responsible for the first part of the competition, which is the publication and adjudication of the Prize Draw. All other facilities connected with the competition are not the responsibility of Paramount21 Ltd.
  14. All decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
  16. Any personal information that entrants share with Paramount21 Ltd will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to receive future marketing from Paramount21 Ltd. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their information may be used by Paramount21 Ltd to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.

First Prize

Runner-Up Prize

  1. The runner up prize will receive a mixed Polgoon Vineyard hamper.
  2. The runner-up will also receive a mixed case of Paramount products. Paramount21 Ltd reserves the right to substitute products, subject to availability.
  3. The hamper will be sent to the competition runner up’s address within the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland.
  4. The hamper will contain varying contents, of which some will be alcoholic age related products.
