Over the years Paramount has won many awards, for the food we produce, the way in which we run our business and our support to the local economy as well as the service we offer our customers. We most recently received four gold star 2013 Great Taste Awards for our Melted Cheese & Beer Croquette, Mexican Mini Fishcake, West Country Lemon Sole & Asparagus Fishcake and our Coquilles St Jacques products. In addition we have also won 3 Bronze Taste of the West Awards 2013 for our West Country Lemon Sole & Asparagus Fishcake, West Country Parmentier Fish Pie and Sea Bass Fishcake. We’ve also just become finalists of the Manufacturer of the Year 2013.


Now in our 25th year we are immensely proud of our history, dedicated workforce and our passion for creating great food.
We are very fortunate to be surrounded by some of Britain’s most stunning coastlines and pasture land and this has played a big part in our continued success. We have expanded our West Country range with new fish pies, cakes and bakes, thanks to our vertically integrated West Country supply chain. We recently opened our own Paramount smoke house, enabling us to naturally smoke haddock sourced directly from local fish markets in Devon and Cornwall.
