The Taste of the West Awards are now in their 25th year and are extremely well respected amongst creators of quality food and drink products in the South West.
Our Traditional Fish Pie was awarded gold, one of our core products for the last 12 years and still a firm favourite. Created using our very own fish stock with Scottish salmon, smoked haddock, prawns and Alaska pollack, baked in a rich creamy leek sauce and topped with our signature mash and golden breadcrumbs.
Chef’s tip: ‘Delicious when served with sweet glazed carrots, wilted kale, and balsamic roasted vine tomatoes.’
