We are proud to announce the launch of a delicious new gluten-free product range which has been inspired by the latest food trends. Our NPD team have developed five new innovative and on-trend, gluten-free, vegan and seafood products.


With around 1.3 million Britons on a gluten-free diet, the demand for gluten-free products and menus are evident. With half a million people in the UK still to be diagnosed with coeliac disease, there will continue to be a growing need for more choice and better availability of gluten-free food.* With this in mind, all five of our new products are gluten-free.

Our delicious Cod & Asparagus Fishcake is encased in a crispy gluten-free rice flake coating, surrounding classic flavours of cod, asparagus, potato and tarragon.


According to MCA Insight, the appetite for burgers shows no sign of stopping as customers indulge their taste buds with gourmet options.

Our two new vegan burger flavour profiles include a Quinoa, Beet & Edamame Burger and a BBQ Lentil & Mixed Seed Burger. Both are utterly delicious and look visually exciting on the plate.

Tempt customers with our on-trend Cajun-style Spicy Blackened Salmon Burger. This new burger is great served in a toasted brioche bun, topped with citrus cream cheese and mango salsa.


As we explore ever more far-flung corners of the globe, our interest and demand for authentic, international dishes increases. New generation flavours have taken over, with the new kids on the block such as katsu curries becoming more prevalent on menus. Paramount’s new Katsu Curry Fishcake is an innovative twist on this popular dish, delicious drenched with moreish sweet katsu sauce.


Quinoa, Beet & Edamame Burger
