Ciao! I am from the Italian island of Sardinia, although I have been in the UK since 1977. I worked in some of the best restaurants in Plymouth for 10 years until I joined Paramount in April 1998. I live with my wife Caroline and two children, Natasha and Matteo. I have a lot of interests and hobbies, including scuba diving - but cooking is my main passion!

I'm married to Linda and have three children - Simon, David and Jack. I used to play hockey, but a bad knee has put paid to that, so I have taken up game fishing and golf! |
