Paramount 21 Ltd are National Runner-up of the EEF/Pera Technology Operating Practices and Processes Award
Paramount 21 Ltd, a manufacturer of frozen seafood and vegetarian products based in Newton Abbot, has been named runner-up of the national EEF/Pera Technology Operating Practices and Processes Award at the EEF Future Manufacturing Awards 2013.
The company was named runner-up of the award, sponsored by Pera Technology, for its investment in new technology focused on the customer’s requirements and deriving good results for the bottom line, with future export potential. The judges were also pleased to see that the new process improved waste and energy efficiency.

Paramount were honoured to have won their way through the Regional Finals, to become Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) 2013 Finalists, in the Sustainable Manufacturing category. The Gala evening was held at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre on the 4th December and was a night filled with glamour, success and pride, as companies from all over the UK contested in their various classes.
The other Finalists with Paramount in the Sustainable Manufacturing category were: Brother Industries (UK), Crown Paints, James Cropper Speciality Papers, Michelin Tyre, Milliken European Airbag and Muntons. We would like to congratulate Crown Paints for winning the eyes of the 32-strong Judging Panel, who were all at the very top of their respective industries and took three months to decide their winners.

Paramount 21, a Devon manufacturer of frozen seafood and vegetarian products has won a prestigious award in the EEF Future Manufacturing Awards 2013, in a ceremony held at the @Bristol science centre on 11 November. Paramount 21 Ltd will now go onto the national finals, which will be held in London in January 2014, where they will compete against other regional winners from across the UK.

The team at Paramount 21 is celebrating after winning four prestigious Great Taste Awards 2013. The company has been presented with awards for their Melted Cheese & Beer Croquette, Mexican Mini Fishcake, West Country Lemon Sole & Asparagus Fishcake and their Coquilles St Jacques products.
