Paramount are building on the huge success they have had with their Hannaford’s retail range by launching a further 7 products in June 2007. The products have been listed with Makro who have been working with Paramount to develop further the upmarket frozen offering within their stores over the last couple of years.

The new range consists of seven seafood and vegetarian lines, including Stuffed fillets of fish with a wilted spinach and Davidstow Cheddar sauce. For this product, Paramount uses Basa which is a Vietnamese Farmed fish, (aka pangasius), and they are one of the first UK companies to use this fish in retail.
