The Cornish Seafood Company run by Kirstie Hichens was brought under the expanding paramount umbrella in November 2010. Cornish Seafood was started in 2007, supplying the finest quality fresh fish direct from Newlyn, Plymouth & Brixham fish markets. The Cornish Seafood Company supplies premium produce to one of the UK’s largest retailers as well as wholesale and manufacturing customers across the UK.
