Cooking Instructions:
Shallow fry in preheated oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Shallow fry in preheated oil over a medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes to seal, then grill for 4 – 6 minutes, turning once.
Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 2 minutes to seal, then oven bake for 4 – 6 minutes at 180°C (fan assisted ovens, mealstreams) or 200°C (static ovens).
