From chilled: remove all packaging. Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Pan fry in preheated oil over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
From frozen: remove all packaging. Brush both sides of the cake with oil. Place on a lined baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35-40 minutes.

From defrost: MEALSTREAM: 225°C at 100% for 3-4 mins. From frozen: MERRYCHEF: Remove from foil. Place in the microwave and cook for 4-5 mins on 50%. Then cook for a further 4-5 mins on 100%.
OVEN BAKE: From frozen: place on a baking tray at 200°C for 60-65 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min.
From defrost: remove from foil and place in an oven proof dish. Place on a baking tray in at 200°C for 35-40 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min.
