Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook from frozen.
Deep fry: remove all packaging. Deep fry in small batches in preheated oil at 180°C for 5-6 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Oven bake: remove all packaging. Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in preheated oven at 220°C for 15-18 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.

Cooking Instructions:
From defrost: MEALSTREAM: 225°C at 100% for 3-4 mins. From frozen: MERRYCHEF: Remove from foil. Place in the microwave and cook for 4-5 mins on 50%. Then cook for a further 4-5 mins on 100%.
OVEN BAKE: From frozen: place on a baking tray at 200°C for 60-65 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min.
From defrost: remove from foil and place in an oven proof dish. Place on a baking tray in at 200°C for 35-40 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min.
